The Patch Place Pick-a-Patch Contest
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited. The The Patch Place Pick-A-Patch Contest is open to all legal U.S. residents who are at least thirteen (18) years old at time of entry. This contest is not open to minors under 18. Employees of Joycrest, The Patch Place or Best-in-West and their immediate families, their IRS dependants, and members of their same households are ineligible. Anyone who attempts to defraud or in any way tamper with the Contest will be ineligible.
HOW TO ENTER: Contest will begin Contest begins November 1, 2005 and end December 31st, 2006. One winner will be chosen per month (31 days). This is an online only contest. To enter, log on to www.thepatchplace.com and click on the link button on the homepage. Only one entry per person is permitted.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: All submissions will be judged by The Patch Place through a random computerized process. The decisions of The Patch Place will at all times be binding and final. Potential winners will be notified by phone, mail and/or email. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days after the first attempt to contact such potential winner, an alternate entrant will be selected in his or her place at random from all entries received.
PRIZE(S): 50 Pick-a-Patches. Prizes shall not be redeemable for cash. Winner will receive 50 customized Pcik-a-Patches with their choice of design, text and text color. Shipping and tax rates to be paid by The Patch Place. Only US residents are eligible. Contest value approx. $200.00.
PRIZE LIMITATIONS: Any depiction of prizes is for illustrative purposes only. Contest is subject to these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state and local laws. The Patch Place shall not be responsible for delay in prize delivery.
